Operators can already fly the Pocket gimbal from the on-feed stick (drag, double-tap recenter, triple-tap flip). Camera speed and mode still have no UI, even though the protocol is captured.

04=01).Settings copy currently describes joystick sensitivity as “how far a stick throw moves the gimbal.” That is the local curve, not camera rotational speed.
Workstreams
1. Rotational speed (ship now)
2. Gimbal modes (ship now)
setGimbalTiltLock01FPV vs Tilt Locked ambiguity (do not invent a GET that is not on the wire)3. Discoverability
Out of scope
Timed waypoints / repeatable gimbal paths — separate investigational thread. No opcode in this repo yet.
Done when
An operator can set Follow / Tilt Locked / FPV and Fast / Default / Slow from the app, the camera echoes those params, and Nano does not show Pocket gimbal chrome.
