Icon pass for prototype interface glyphs

Revisit prototype icons in the live UI. The app mark is already a production 1024 icon. Almost every in-app control is still an SF Symbol or text tile.

What already exists

• Production app icon (Assets.xcassets/AppIcon, site/assets/icon.png)
• Capture bar is mostly text (ISO / EV / MODE / WB / FOCUS / AUDIO)
• Assists are SF Symbols or letter chips (WAVE, HISTO, FALSE, …)
• Face Priority uses face.smiling.fill
• Android assist chips are the same labels, default Material type

Workstreams

• Inventory every glyph on live view, capture bar, media, pairing, Operator Setup — screenshot a DISP 1 and DISP 2 frame
• Custom assist marks that read at arm’s length on a 720p feed (WAVE / HISTO / FALSE / ZEBRA / LUT)
• Capture-bar tiles: keep the cinema readout, but replace the most confusing SF Symbols (gimbal, media, lock, Face Priority)
• One vector set, PDF or SVG → iOS + Android, dark-chrome, single color
• Do not restyle the app icon in the same PR unless it is actually wrong

Constraints

• Field monitor, not a consumer camera app
• Must stay readable at 60% opacity over a bright sky
• No third-party icon pack with a license we cannot ship under Apache-2.0

Done when

A short before/after on this thread, and the prototype-looking SF Symbols on the live chrome are either replaced or explicitly kept (e.g. standard rec/lock).
