Describe the Bug
When reverse clicking over a monitored instance and clicking Silence All Alerts, the alerts are silenced for the system tray and don't appear in the Alerts tab, but an email is still sent out if configured.
Steps to Reproduce
Open the Dashboard
Open an Instance
Reverse Click over the tab and select Silence All Alerts
Produce a situation (High CPU etc) on the instance and email still issued
Expected Behavior
No email should be sent
Actual Behavior
Email is sent
