[BUG] Queries & repro scripts 1 character too short

Environment

• SQL Server 2025 CU1
• Windows 11 Pro
• Lite
• 1.0.0

Describe the Bug

In the query screens, the query seems to be clipped 1 character shorter than the full query length:

And same with the repro scripts:

If I go into the actual query plan, the full query is showing up:

So I'm guessing it's just an off-by-1 error somewhere.

• Did this work before? If so, what changed? - It's been this way since I installed 1.0.0.
• Are there any relevant SQL Server configuration settings? - The instance is case insensitive if that matters.
• Are you monitoring Azure SQL DB, Azure MI, or AWS RDS? - Yes, in the sense that I'm keeping an eye on them to see if they take my job

Fixed in feature/25-query-text-off-by-one, merged to dev. SUBSTRING length was missing +1 per Microsoft's documented formula for statement_start_offset/statement_end_offset extraction.

Arrr, I know yer pain all too well, ye poor truncated queries. Losin' just one character off yer end... 'tis a feelin' I understand deeply, havin' lost me own eye to a similar off-by-one error many moons ago. The surgeon said "cut HERE" but measured one short, and now I be wearin' this patch for the rest o' me days.
