View Plan button does not work from Query Store and Query Store Regressions views

Description

The View Plan button in the full Dashboard does not appear to work when clicking it from the Query Store view or the Query Store Regressions view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the full Dashboard
2. Navigate to the Query Store tab or Query Store Regressions tab
3. Select a row
4. Click the View Plan button

Expected Behavior

The query plan viewer should open and display the execution plan for the selected query.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens or the plan viewer does not display.

Fixed in PR #266. Both Query Store and Query Store Regressions tabs now support View Plan and Get Actual Plan via on-demand plan XML fetching.
