[FEATURE] Support Entra universal authentication with MFA

Problem Statement

For "reasons", we have an Azure SQL MI instance which (at least for the foreseeable) we can only authenticate against using interactive Entra MFA logins. We cannot authenticate against it using either Windows login or SQL credentials.

Is this something you plan to support?

Thanks for the suggestion, @snckirkmarken! Great use case.

Entra ID interactive MFA support has been added to both the CLI and GUI installers in PR #484. It uses the existing Microsoft.Data.SqlClient support for Active Directory Interactive authentication — just provide your email/UPN and the browser handles the MFA flow.

This will show up in the next nightly build and in subsequent full releases as well.
