[BUG] Tooltip in Memory-charts stops working after a while

Describe the Bug

If you open Memory-tab, then opens another tab, and then go back to Memory tab again, the tooltip in all the tabs under the Memory-tab stops working/popping up.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Dashboard
2. In Overview->Resource Overview check that you get tooltip
3. Change to Memory->Memory overview and check that you get tooltip
4. Go back to Overview->Resource Overview ... check tooltip still works here
5. Go back to Memory-Memory overview : Tooltip will not display here now (or in any of the other tabes under Memory)

Expected Behavior

Tooltip works all the time.

Actual Behavior

Tooltip stops working in the Memory section

I have seen this also in previous versions, but cannot say how long back (thought it was just a coincidense)

Fixed in #919 (Dashboard), #921 (Lite), and follow-up #922 (correlated crosshair tooltip). Will be in the next release.
