Error with ImGui_PushFont in brute-seq.lua (REAPER v7.45)

Bug Description:
When running brute-seq.lua, I get the following error:
brute-seq.lua:226: 'reaper.ImGui_PushFont': expected 3 arguments minimum

System Info:

• REAPER v7.45
• ReaImGui v0.10.0.2
• Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Installed Brute-Seq via ReaPack
2. Ran the script from the Action List
3. Error appears on line 226

Additional Notes:
I tried passing 12 as the third argument and the error moved to another line. REAPER also displayed a message suggesting I disable the ReaImGui extension. I'm using the ReaTips theme, but I doubt that's related. No other scripts are running.

Any idea what might be causing this?

Hey, I ran into the same issue!

There is a very simple fix to it:

• locate the files: brute-seq.lua & GUI.lua (they should be located within the scripts folder in your Reaper Resource Path)
  • to get there: Options -> Show Reaper resource path in explorer / finder
  • this should open up your file manager, then you need to locate the Scripts-Folder (it should be named scripts)
  • in the brute-seq folder there is a subfolder called modules in which the GUI.lua is located and the brute-seq.loa file itself
• open these two files in your editor of choice (i used Visual Studio Code, but you can use whatever)
• in brute-seq.lua you add the third argument as you said: reaper.ImGui_PushFont(ctx, font, 12)
• in GUI.lua you do the same thing in line 89 as follows: reaper.ImGui_PushFont(ctx, fontSmall, fontSize)

after that my UI worked fine - i did not get to test the functionality of the sequencer itself!
