ssh: badmatch in ssh:daemon_replace_options/2

Describe the bug
ssh:daemon_replace_options/2 can crash if the daemon no longer exists.

To Reproduce

ssh:daemon_replace_options(self(), []).

Expected behavior
A crash should not happen but instead an error should be returned.
