Folder Size calculation

Folder size only displays the total size of the files within the folder, it does not also count the size of the folders (and files) within the folders

The admin panel does have the folder size calc so my thought was to display the same in the file browser. But based on concerns of performance, perhaps it might be better to remove the folder size calculation altogether and only show sizes for files?

I like the feature so I am going to add a admin setting "Summary depth" Caps recursive folder totals. 0 = unlimited, 1 = children only, 2 = grandchildren etc to make it configurable.
