followup of #837 which introduced the capability to select minions.
Keysscreenthe selection of keys is fully independent of the selection of minions.
NodeGroupsscreenthe selection of nodegroups is fully independent of the selection of minions.
one can choose a mix of nodegroups and minions when desired.
note that the
NodeGroupsscreen is only in the menu when there is at least one nodegroup present in the configuration file/etc/salt/master.
