Use the PmuTranslator.exe to convert rvm to gltf with hierarchy.

Run PmuTranslator with the following parameters:

-f: The RVM file name with path;

-o: The output file format, you can specify gltf/glb.

PmuTranslator -f C:\data\RVM\spooler.rvm -o glb
