Description

This pull request includes several updates to dependencies, code improvements, and test adjustments. The most important changes include updating the JAX dependency version, improving code readability and functionality, and modifying test assertions.

Dependency updates:

• README.md: Updated JAX version in installation instructions from 0.2.22 to 0.4.17.
• docs/source/install.rst: Updated JAX version in installation instructions from 0.2.22 to 0.4.17.
• environment_all_backends.yml: Updated JAX version in dependencies from 0.2.22 to 0.4.17.

Code improvements:

• torchquad/integration/base_integrator.py: Enhanced the evaluate_integrand function to handle dimensions more robustly by converting non-integer dimensions to lists.
• torchquad/tests/integration_test_functions.py: Replaced anp.cast with astype for better compatibility and readability in the _poly function.

Test adjustments:

• torchquad/tests/monte_carlo_test.py: Slightly increased the error threshold in the _run_monte_carlo_tests function to 1.1e-2.
• torchquad/utils/set_precision.py: Simplified the import statement for JAX configuration in the set_precision function.
