Refactors the generated HTML report frontend by replacing the legacy template with a new desktop-focused layout, simplifying the asset pipeline, and cleaning up leftover frontend dependencies.
This PR updates the report template and stylesheet, removes the separate report JS/font dependencies, inlines small SVG assets used directly by the template, and keeps the existing Python report contract unchanged so HTML/PDF/JSON generation continues to work as before.
