Local HiPS and improved bi-directional communication

Now possible to visual HiPS from the local machine running the notebook.

Also the bi-directional communication has been improved with return calls now being accesible in the same jupyter cell that sent the call. pyESASky will also wait for the call to return before continuing enabling possibility to "run all cells".
