What are you running altero on?

If you are testing altero, please share your setup here.

I am particularly interested in learning which combinations of clients and server environments people are successfully using.

Useful details include:

• Zotero version: e.g. Zotero 10.x
• Client OS: Linux, macOS, Windows
• altero deployment: Docker Compose, source checkout, NixOS, Kubernetes, NAS, etc.
• Database: SQLite or PostgreSQL
• Reverse proxy: none, Caddy, nginx, Traefik, etc.
• Authentication: local account, OIDC, SAML
• Features tested: personal library, groups, attachments, annotations, full text, streaming updates, etc.

Please also mention anything that did not work as expected.

The goal is to build up a clearer picture of which configurations have been tested in the real world. Even a simple “Zotero X on Windows successfully synced through altero on Debian/PostgreSQL” is useful information.
