1.38.3版本bash编辑被频繁拒绝

例如read .gitignore: file changed after it was read: source differs from the read-evidence preflight。
这种情况出现地太频繁了，一次对话就会发生七八次失败，完全在空转。
ai前脚改动的文件，后脚就动不了。我也没有进行手动修改，也没有并行agent。这是为什么？
有配置文件对其进行修改吗？

这是 1.38.3 的读取证据校验问题，已经在 #10223（2026-09-13）里改成实时文件观察，旧的 “source differs from the read-evidence preflight” 拦截被删掉了。请升级到最新 1.39.0。
