- README: link the four good-first-issues (#15-18) and the Discussions page; bump test count to 1665 - design/agent-dashboard.html: web-companion mockup, sibling to agent-tui-terminal.html. 14 sections (tokens, shell, components incl. progress, chat with composer + slash popover + approval modal, overview cockpit, sessions, editor, plans, usage, inventories, system, semantic, hooks/settings). Anchor for the upcoming dashboard framework rewrite.
