Summary

Two doc-only additions:

  1. README → Contributing section linking the four good-first-issues (Add --json flag to reasonix doctor #15-18) and the Discussions page, plus bumping the test count to 1665.
  2. design/agent-dashboard.html — sibling to design/agent-tui-terminal.html. Web-companion mockup, 14 sections covering shell, components, panels, and the open-question deferrals. Anchor for the upcoming dashboard framework rewrite (not a re-implementation, just the design contract).

Why now

  • The four good-first-issues (Add --json flag to reasonix doctor #15-18) have no discoverability path until the README points at them.
  • The dashboard mockup has been sitting in the working tree across multiple sessions; pinning it in design/ makes it linkable from the upcoming Discussions posts.

Test plan

  • No code changes — npm run verify not required (CI will re-run anyway)
  • Browser-render design/agent-dashboard.html locally — 14 sections + TOC scroll cleanly

- README: link the four good-first-issues (#15-18) and the Discussions page;
  bump test count to 1665
- design/agent-dashboard.html: web-companion mockup, sibling to agent-tui-terminal.html.
  14 sections (tokens, shell, components incl. progress, chat with composer + slash
  popover + approval modal, overview cockpit, sessions, editor, plans, usage, inventories,
  system, semantic, hooks/settings). Anchor for the upcoming dashboard framework rewrite.
