Update colors to match ESLint palette

What problem do you want to solve?

Currently, Code Explorer isn't using our color palette, and it's most obvious when you compare dark mode in the Playground to Code Explorer.

What do you think is the correct solution?

Update the Code Explorer colors to use our palette:
