[Feature Request]: highlight extension rules/conflicts

I don't think much of this metadata exists, so this is more of a long-term thing

It'd be really cool if it could detect when you need to turn off e.g. class-methods-use-this in favor of @typescript-eslint/class-methods-use-this.

Yeah, unfortunately, there is no such metadata. This inspector is designed to work for any plugins/configs, so it's not really feasible for us to do the assumption that @typescript-eslint/class-methods-use-this replaces class-methods-use-this or so.

If you want to move on this, I'd suggest to you send a request or RFC to eslint first to see if they can land this metadata. And then we can reopen this to see how we could implement it.
