Adds an AI acknowledgment section to the repository’s GitHub Issue Forms, aligning the issue templates with the approach referenced in eslint/eslint#20431 and addressing eslint/js#20355.
Changes:
- Add an “AI acknowledgment” checkbox block to the docs, change request, and bug report issue templates.
- Add a markdown note advising against opening a PR before the issue is accepted (in the same three templates).
- Normalize the “Environment” prompt formatting in the bug report template (remove trailing spaces after
