ESP-12F with 15K MIso-Pullup 150µA in deepsleep #9290

I reopen
" ESP.deepSleep hangs after wakeup - ESP12F (Working on older chips) #6007 "
because deepsleep-Current with 15K MIso-Pullup to high 150µA .
After changing the Flash
inside 12F 25Q32ESTIG BeyaMicro 2512 to
25Q80 ATIG from old ESP-01 2019 without wakeup-Problems - I get 50µA without 15K MIso-Pullup .
May be Software-Settings like nk_deep_sleep can help to reduce deepsleep-Current ?
