ESP32-CAM (AI Thinker) camera_init() fails — error 0x20004 on ESP-IDF v5.4.1

I’m using an AI Thinker ESP32-CAM with ESP-IDF v5.4.1, and esp_camera_init(&config) consistently fails with:

E (1049) camera: Failed to set frame size  
ESP32 camera init failed with error 0x20004

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure pins as below
2. Enable PSRAM in menuconfig
3. Run esp_camera_init()

Notes:

• Power supply: 5V / 2A (stable)
• PSRAM enabled
• Tested multiple boards

Any ideas if this is a pin mismatch or timing issue with v5.4.1?
