在arduino-esp32 v2.0.3版本下，esp32c3使用SPIFFS库出现挂载失败问题（E (153) SPIFFS: mount failed, -10025
SPIFFS Mount Failed）。
在arduino-esp32 v2.0.2版本下，esp32c3使用该库，一切正常。
所用代码为示例代码SPIFFS_Test。
