WiFi connectivity issue - showing password fail while first time pairing with mobile

Issues mentioned below.

Showing password fail while pairing with mobile.

Writing SSID for cluster application and facing wifi connectivity issue.

Once already written sequence SSID was re-write or dummy SSID written into the failed product, problem got resolved.

           For eg: SSID is OGOO_00000000726
                          Password: 12345678
                          First time Mobile connection with above SSID will give this error. Password fail error.
                          Then changed SSID to OGOO_00000000727. Then its connecting.
                          Again changed SSID to OGOO_00000000726. Then it also connecting.
                          Issue is with first time connection.

Issues:
While pairing mobile with cluster (that have wifi module) over WiFi got error, showing password fail.

Detailed issue:

Writing SSID for cluster application and multiple cluster will have different SSID. Password for all cluster will be same.

While connecting mobile with cluster over wifi some cluster shows password fail error.

If we change different SSID to new value then it will connect.

Again if we change SSID to earlier value that was showing password fail error then it will start connecting.

While connecting first time it show error and after changing SSID it start working.

Once already written sequence SSID was re-write or dummy SSID written into the failed product, problem got resolved.

Hi @naakhtar ! In the code you provided, we can only see how you initialize the SoftAP, but not how you try to connect to an AP? Please provide minimal sketch that we can compile and test with. If you use ESPs for both AP and STA, please provide minimal code for both.

Hi @naakhtar . I had a look at the code, but unfortunately you provided the full project, which is not at all easy to figure out. We really need minimal necessary code to reproduce the problem. Code that includes only WiFi and debug calls. Some UART messages with enabled debug would also go a long way in helping discover the issue you are facing.
