Added board support for the Axiometa GENESIS One, a modular ESP32-S3-based development board designed for IoT prototyping and education.
Changes made:

Added axiometa_genesis_one variant folder in variants/
Created pins_arduino.h with pin definitions for the board
Added board entry to boards.txt

Board specifications:

MCU: ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N8R2
Flash: 8 MB
PSRAM: 2 MB (Quad SPI)
USB: Native USB OTG + UART via CP2102
Connectivity: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5 (BLE)
Features: 8x AX22 modular ports, battery connector with charging
