[TW#24763] "nexti" does not step over "call0" instruction (OCD-870)

When debugging in GDB "nexti" (next instruction) command does not step over "call0" instruction but steps inside. Tried to delete all breakpoints before with no help.

From what I've tried for the first time "nexti" skips over call0 but for the second time it does not and steps inside.

Using OpenOCD v0.10.0-esp32-20180604.
