feat(wokwi): C5 support + add wokwi to local packages

Description

This pull request adds support for the esp32c5 target in the Wokwi embedded testing package and ensures the new package is included in the list of local packages.

New target support:

• Added mapping for esp32c5 to the target_to_board dictionary in wokwi.py, enabling Wokwi simulation for this target.

Package management:

• Included pytest-embedded-wokwi in all_local_packages.txt to ensure it is recognized and installed as a local package.
