Add H5CPP_OLD_CMAKE switch

I think it would be good to split /cmake/old/ from /cmake/ and move them e.g. FindHDF5.cmake. Moreover add the H5CPP_OLD_CMAKE switch (by default OFF) which enable old support. It would solve the problem addressed in #674 and #677
