A couple minor suggestions, though nothing blocking. I do like the pattern we're increasingly using of breaking out the credentials options.

…option Documentation updates for estuary/connectors#4550. I also restructured how we present the various `credentials` options in the Endpoint section since there are three different ways to authenticate now.

Documentation updates for estuary/connectors#4550, including adding information on how to create an External Client App in Salesforce to be used with the Client Credentials authentication option.
I also restructured how we present the various
credentialsoptions in the Endpoint section since there are three different ways to authenticate now & it was getting a little confusing to figure out which fields were required with which type ofcredentials.
