* IMPORTANT: you need to delete ~/.etesync/data.db if exists after
    upgrading to this version. I decided not to implement a proper
    upgrade path because I'm not aware of any users using these bindings
    (just beta in vdirsyncer), and this saved develop time and testing
    vs. only a tiny bit of user inconvenience.
