Update ZisK to v0.16.1

Where 2-5 are same as in patch/v0.16.0, and the first commit is cherry picked from 0xPolygonHermez/zisk@5d829d0 to fix the emulator profiling issue that when the ELF contains recursive calls that makes the cost mis-calculation and panic.
