This version simplifies crom to make it better at one thing.
This one thing is dealing with versions. Since writing, GitHub has come out with the
ghcommand. Which is really good at interacting with GitHub. Instead ofcromtrying to mimic this behavior, the user should start using the
ghcommand.This does mean that the user will need to start creating the artifact. That is probably
for the best, so it's easier for people to understand what's happening.
