Page Up / Page Down seem broken #6710

(Latest version, Ubuntu, Tested in Firefox & Chromium)
(Same behavior on pad.samtv.fyi)
I noticed that quite recently (last few versions), paging stopped working.
PgDn gets stuck at end of page. PgUp moves the caret, but no refocus (other cursor keys will do it).
Might also be a good time to mention I've always noticed - before when they worked :) - how PgUp was fast, and PgDn was slow. On very long documents becoming difficult to use.
