Windows start error - Contextify?

Hallo,
I tried etherpad lite for windows, but it doesn’t work. I tried it with and without administrative rights.

I'm using Windows 7 Pro x64

here the output:

Is it an etherpad problem or is it a problem of my PC?

I think its an etherpad problem, as I get the same problem.
I'm running vista 64
