Fix typos and link errors in chain-operators guides documentation

Summary

Fixed documentation errors found during comprehensive review of all 18 files in the chain-operators/guides folder:

1. getting-started.mdx: Removed duplicate article "the" in description ("Learn the how to configure" → "Learn how to configure")
2. proposer-setup-guide.mdx:
   • Fixed malformed markdown link (escaped brackets with placeholder text)
   • Updated link from old redirect path to canonical path (/operators/chain-operators/deploy/sequencer-node → /chain-operators/guides/deployment/sequencer-node)
   • Fixed sentence capitalization ("at" → "At")

Review & Testing Checklist for Human

• Verify the link /chain-operators/guides/deployment/sequencer-node navigates correctly to the sequencer deployment guide (most important - this was specifically flagged in review)
• Check the preview deployment to ensure both pages render correctly with the fixes
• Confirm the "At the same level as your sequencer..." sentence reads naturally

Notes

• Reviewed all 18 .md and .mdx files in chain-operators/guides directory and subdirectories
• These were the only typos and grammatical errors identified during thorough review
• No functional changes, only documentation text improvements
