Updates execution mimicry with current ETH protocol support for eth/68, eth/69, and eth/70 peers.
The package now supports provided Status responses, stable local devp2p identities, serialized RLPx writes, eth/70 receipt messages, pooled transaction requests, and more tolerant disconnect decoding.
This also adds focused coverage for the protocol edge cases used by xatu mimicry when staying peered with mainnet execution clients.
