- Enable viewport preloading on all sidebar and slot/epoch links
- Configure default preload strategy to 'intent' with 50ms delay
- Set defaultPendingMinMs to 0 to eliminate artificial loading delays
- Add preload='viewport' with 100ms delay to links for better UX
