Description Of Changes

Changes primarily focus on expanding test coverage for Purpose overrides in Consent Settings

Code Changes

• Added new test cases for TCF configuration management including:
  • Creating, selecting, and managing TCF configurations
  • Handling publisher restrictions table display and interactions
  • Validating vendor ID input formats
  • Testing restriction type management (require consent, legitimate interest)
• Added new test fixtures for TCF configurations and publisher restrictions
• Improved test organization by consolidating TCF-related tests
• Refactored publisher settings tests to be more focused and reduce code duplication
• Fixed validation for vendor ID input format in the UI
• Removed redundant GPP configuration tests that were moved to TCF-specific sections
