Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Sneak Attack heavy weapon check logic (was incorrectly blocking finesse weapons) and improved nearby-enemy detection for qualifying adjacency.
  • Fixed Haste Lethargy — now correctly resolves the caster actor from the effect origin UUID instead of the effect parent.
  • Fixed Life Drain healing — now directly updates actor HP instead of using DamageOnlyWorkflow.
  • Fixed Mirror Image — now removes the real target from the workflow so damage is never applied, rather than returning false.
  • Fixed Shield — bonus now correctly applies only when cast above base level.
  • Fixed Shield — spell no longer adds an active effect when added to a character's sheet.
  • Fixed Extra Precision Attack (Rogue) wording — "you can the level 7 or 11" corrected to "you can choose a level 7 or 11".
  • Fixed Extra Metamagic (Sorcerer) — feat no longer presents too many choice options at higher levels.
  • Fixed Prismatic Bolt — correctly placed at spell level 1.
  • Fixed migration issue.
  • Fixed reaction handling.

Ancestries

Aasimar

  • Replaced Radiant damage resistance with immunity to the Frightened condition.

Classes

Barbarian

  • Swarmhost (New Subclass):
    • Added features: Critical Mass, Disperse, Gather Swarm, Legion, Swarm Form, and Whirling Form (bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing variants).
  • Slayer (New Subclass):
    • Added features: Death Curse, Death Haze, Life Tap, Rampage, and Slay.
  • Bloodrager:
    • Fully automated — spell pools are now populated automatically from the chosen sorcerer subclass's origin spells, including late-level spells unlocked at barbarian levels 6, 10, and 14.
  • Berserker:
    • Frenzy and Seeing Red: Description reformatted to bulleted lists (no mechanical changes).

Cleric

  • Deceiver (renamed from Trickery Domain)
  • Lifebinder (renamed from Life Domain)
  • Reaper (renamed from Death Domain)

Monk

  • Open Hand renamed to Windwalker.

Paladin

  • Avenger, Inquisitor, and Paragon:
    • Oath spells restructured to grant one spell per level (3rd, 5th, 9th, 13th, 17th) instead of all at 3rd level.
    • Spell lists trimmed to remove redundant entries.

Rogue

  • Sneak Attack automation improvements — see Bug Fixes.

Warlock

  • Fey Patron renamed to Dreamweaver, Fiend Patron renamed to Hellcaller, Celestial Patron renamed to Radiant Servant.
  • Advancement dialog now filters pact-specific invocations based on the actor's current pact boon, hiding Chain, Tome, and Warrior invocations that do not apply.
  • Pact of the Chain: Familiar hit points now explicitly scale to Warlock class level instead of total character level.

Ranger

  • Beastmaster: Companion hit points now explicitly scale to Ranger class level instead of total character level.

Equipment

  • Re-added spell scrolls for Cantrip through 9th level.
  • Added Halberd +2 magic weapon.

Feats

  • Mark of Affliction:
    • Automated — prompts the player to optionally poison a hit target, then fires a Constitution save against the ranger's spell DC.
  • Mark of Thorns:
    • Automated — retaliates against melee attackers who hit the ranger, dealing thorn damage via the feat item.
    • Duration increased from 1 minute to 10 minutes.
  • Field Medic: Changed to affect only one creature — you roll a Medicine check and heal the target by that amount.
  • Inspiring Performance: Temporary hit points granted increased from your proficiency bonus to twice your proficiency bonus.
  • Opportunistic Strike: Changed from "No Action Cost" to "Once Per Turn".
  • Fey Step: Changed from 1/Long Rest to 1/Short Rest.
  • Bloodthirsty Focus: Changed from "No Action Cost" to "Once Per Turn".
  • Various feats: Description formatting cleanup (no mechanical changes).

Spells

  • Automated Sanctuary — attacker must succeed on a Wisdom save before attacking a warded creature; successes are cached per turn so repeated attacks against the same creature don't re-roll.
  • Automated Lesser Restoration — presents a dialog listing the target's removable conditions (blinded, deafened, paralyzed, poisoned, weakened) and removes the chosen one.
  • Automated Greater Restoration — automatically removes all applicable conditions (blinded, dazed, deafened, drained, paralyzed, stunned, poisoned, weakened, diseased) and one level of exhaustion.
  • Updated Fire Shield — now also retaliates against melee spell attacks in addition to melee weapon attacks.
  • Updated Spirit Guardian spell.
  • Removed deprecated async: true from Roll.evaluate() calls in Well of Corruption, Vampiric Smite, and Wrath of the Reaper.

Misc

  • Added system identifiers to items across the compendium for consistent targeting by automation and migrations.
  • Added weapon properties support.
  • Movement type labels (Crawl, Long Jump, High Jump) now exist for later use in lang/en.json.
  • Code cleanup and edge case handling.
