Approved seller app unusable — request deletion of the app record so I can re-register

My seller app stopped authenticating on 6 August 2026 with no changes on my side. I am not asking for the record to be repaired — I would like it deleted so I can register a fresh app, which the portal currently blocks.

Three Etsy systems disagree about whether this app exists

1. API — 403 on the unauthenticated smoke test, which takes no token, no scopes and no shared secret:

2. OAuth — signed in as the shop owner, the authorize URL returns:

An error occurred. The application that is requesting authorization to use your Etsy account is not recognized.

3. Developer portal — refuses a new registration:

You already have a seller app and can't register additional apps.

Registration is certain the app exists. The API and OAuth are certain it does not. No x-request-id or cf-ray headers come back on the 403.

Please delete the application record for keystring hyqnoll7rbh6rvaw3t4xu5dy so I can register a replacement. I do not need the old record recovered.

Etsy bot answered 6 h ago to similar topics that it was a bug and it was fixed:

• Etsy app approved in Developer Portal, but OAuth says “application not recognized” and openapi-ping returns 403 #1690
• Approved Seller App nexora-studio-publisher returns HTTP 403 before OAuth despite active rate limit #1691

So your app should be also fixed.
