Hi there Etsy,

My shop KalsEngravings (https://www.etsy.com/shop/KalsEngravings)(ID: 1115842107) is currently in Developer Mode. I'd like to request that my shop be switched back to normal selling mode.
I have verified that no active test listings remain in my shop.

Please reset the shop to normal mode at your earliest convenience. Two separate emails have previously been sent for over a month ago, but thought this might be my next step for support.
