Commercial Access request pending — how do you confirm it's actually queued?

Question / discussion

I have a Commercial Access request pending for a Personal app, submitted
08/18/2026. The portal shows it as pending with no further detail, and
I have no way to tell whether it's in a review queue or simply sitting

Use case: a business management tool for small retail and service
operations. A seller connects their own shop via OAuth so their orders and
stock stay in sync with the other channels they sell on. Only the shop that
authorized us is accessed — no scraping, no public data harvesting, and
buyer details are used strictly to fulfil the order they came from.

Scopes: shops_r, transactions_r, transactions_w, listings_r, listings_w

Questions:

1. Is there a way to confirm a Commercial Access request is actually in the
   review queue, versus pending with no reviewer assigned?
2. Several threads suggest requests stall until you email in. Is
   developers@etsy.com still the right route, and is it monitored?
3. Is there any typical timeframe for Commercial Access review?
