Partnership inquiry: DodgePrint — path to becoming an official Etsy partner

Hi Etsy Open API team,

We are DodgePrint, a multi-platform e-commerce management SaaS that helps sellers manage listings, orders, and fulfillment across Etsy, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.

We have been integrating with Etsy Open API v3 in production for a while now (listing management, order sync, shipment/fulfillment updates) and currently process a significant volume of Etsy orders on behalf of our sellers.

We would like to explore becoming an official Etsy partner under the brand name DodgePrint, and would appreciate guidance on:

1. The process and criteria for an official partnership or being listed in Etsy'''s partner/app directory
2. Whether there is a dedicated partner-program contact or application form we should go through
3. Any requirements regarding commercial API access tiers or rate-limit increases for partners
