Fix Webm Regression

Bugfix Shared Element Crash

The same as https://github.com/eugenkiss/chanobol/releases/tag/v1.2 but with a (hopefully working) fix for http://crashes.to/s/1f2784f4a34 (java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Shared element must not be null).

Activity-based Rewrite and Lollipop Transitions

Boy, getting Lollipop transitions to work was hard work. I first tried it with fragments which almost killed me twice. Then I decided to switch to an activity-based app structure which was a lot of work, too, but worthwhile! This version thus includes:

• Better code structure
• Lollipop transitions
• Various crashes fixed
• Usability improvements

Too lazy to attach animated gifs of the transitions, install the app to see them ;).

First Official Release

This release contains many improvements, too numerous to enumerate. For my usage pattern Chanobol is now pretty much perfect. There is still a lot to do though, see the issues. I'm going to take a break working on Chanobol.
