This project is going to share step-by-setp of our routine using textmining and statistical models of supervised machine learning techniques for text classification. The main goal is to classify for which of the directories board / entities should be transfered a new request of public information by using data of requests in e-SIC - Electronic System Citizens Information Service (SISTEMA ELETRÔNICO DO SERVIÇO DE INFORMAÇÃO AO CIDADÃO).
