Note

Adds litellm.exceptions.APIError to the retryable exceptions set for backoff retries.

• Exception handling/backoff:
  • In eval_protocol/pytest/exception_config.py, extend DEFAULT_RETRYABLE_EXCEPTIONS to include litellm.exceptions.APIError for retry logic.
