Here is what is available in OpenVPM today:

• Client and patient records
• Scheduling and patient flow from check-in through checkout
• SOAP notes, vitals, problem lists, vaccines, prescriptions, treatment plans, and manual lab results
• Estimates, invoicing, payments, inventory, and controlled substance tracking
• A client portal with health records, vaccine certificates, appointment requests, invoices, and online payments once configured
• Communication history, a shared clinic whiteboard, reporting, exports, and backups
• An open API, webhooks, and optional AI tools

For our founding cohort, I have been working directly with teams to bring their information into the platform and get everything set up around their workflow. Today we can import clients, patients, vaccination history, and past visit notes from reviewed CSV exports. I would be happy to set that up for you, even if it is just a copy of your AVImark data so you can compare the two systems apples to apples before making any decision.
