connect-appcache

Serve an appcache with some middleware.

if inDevelopmentMode

  app.use(appcache(cacheOptions, "production"))

In development mode, it will rebuild the cache each time. In production mode, it will build the cache once.

Defaults to production mode.

And that is all.
