UI Config: "+ Add heater" for Tuya smart plug (via HA switch) still renders EV card with "No vehicle" section

Description

Expected Behavior

When configuring a new device via the Web UI under "Configuration -> Chargers & Heaters" and explicitly selecting the "+ Add heater" (+ Verwarmer toevoegen) option for a Tuya smart plug water boiler (integrated via Home Assistant switch & power sensor), I expect evcc to create a clean heater card on the main dashboard.

The card should only present relevant heating controls (Power, Plan, Price Limit) and should not include any EV-related charging options or vehicle assignment fields.

Actual Behavior

Even when selecting "+ Add heater" (+ Verwarmer toevoegen) during setup for this Home Assistant switch, the resulting card on the main dashboard is still rendered with full EV charger logic.

As shown in the attached screenshot, it displays "No vehicle" (Geen voertuig) / "Not connected", along with EV-specific charging controls and empty SoC limits instead of a dedicated, clean heater interface.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Configuration -> Chargers & Heaters.
2. Click "Add charger or heater" and explicitly select "+ Add heater".
3. Configure a smart plug connected to a water boiler (via Home Assistant switch & power sensor. In my case a Tuya smartplug).
4. Return to the main dashboard and restart system as asked.
5. Observe that while the Daalderop heater card is present with mode controls, it still displays an EV "No vehicle" / "Geen voertuig" sub-section.
